Motorhead management seeking musicians for new band



Motorhead’s management company, Singerman Entertanment, are looking for musicians for a new band.

The company has posted an ad seeking a guitarist, bassist and drummer to team up with rocker Joe Colover.

“I want to bring back the power and purity of genuine, ‘real’, non-fashion rock and roll,” says Colover.

As for Motorhead, the band returns to live action next month to play a rescheduled European tour in support of their new album, “Aftershock.”

The trek, originally planned to start November 7 in Zurich, starts Fbruary 13 in Glasgow, Scotland.

“Aftershock” scored the band’s highest US chart position in Motorhead’s history, debuting at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 with opening week sales of 11,000 copies.
