Alice Cooper to attend Canadian premiere of Super Duper Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper will attend the Canadian premiere of the new documentary, “Super Duper Alice Cooper”, on April 28 as part of Toronto’s Hot Docs Festival.

Following the screening, Alice and filmmakers Reginald Harkema, Scot McFadyen and Sam Dunn will answer audience questions about this long-anticipated look at his life and celebrated career.

The Hot Docs Festival will simulcast the special event into 45 Cineplex theatres coast to coast across Canada.

The Canadian screening follows its world premiere at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival on April 17.

A blend of documentary archive footage, animation and rock opera, the project is the story of Vincent Furnier, preacher's son, who struck fear into the hearts of parents as Alice Cooper.

This summer, Cooper will join Motley Crue for their farewell tour.

Billed as “The Final Tour”, dates will kick off in North America on July 2 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and reach 72 cities before hitting international territories in 2015.
