KISS and Def Leppard to announce summer tour



KISS and Def Leppard will officially announce a joint summer U.S. tour at a press conference in Los Angeles on Monday, March 17.

The media event will be streamed live at promoter Live Nation’s website starting at 2 p.m. ET.

The tour will see KISS headline and is rumored to kick off in late June and run through the end of August.

On April 10, KISS will be inducted into the 2014 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame at a ceremony in New York, along with Nirvana, Peter Gabriel, Hall and Oates, Cat Stevens and Linda Ronstadt.

Def Leppard are in Dublin, Ireland working on some new music; the band’s last studio album was 2008’s “Songs From The Sparkle Lounge.”
