Rolling Stones planning fall return to Australia & New Zealand

The Rolling Stones are planning to return to Australia and New Zealand this fall to make up the seven shows postponed this week following the passing of Mick Jagger’s longtime girlfriend, L’Wren Scott.

Billboard reports the band are working with promoters to rebook the concerts, which were originally set to launch on March 19.

“Everyone is working very closely together,” says Michael Gudinski of Frontier Touring, “and it's looking very likely that the rescheduled dates for Australia/New Zealand will be October-November, 2014.”

Scott’s death was officially ruled a suicide following an autopsy by the New York City Medical Examiner. The fashion designer’s body was discovered hanging from a scarf tied to a doorknob in her apartment on 11th Avenue at around 10 a.m. Monday.
