Motorhead cancel second show after guitarist hospitalized

Motorhead have cancelled a second concert date in Germany this weekend due to guitarist Phil Campbell’s health issues.

“Hamburg show is off today, rescheduled to December 9 at Sporthalle,” tweeted the band. “See you all there. Thank you for all the well wishes for @MotorheadPhil.”

It’s the second date affected by Campbell’s situation following the cancellation of Friday’s sold-out concert in Berlin.

No details regarding the guitarist’s condition have been revealed to date.

The group’s next scheduled performance is at the ACC in Aarhus, Denmark on November 30.

The dates are part of Motorhead’s 40th anniversary European tour in support of their latest album “Bad Magic.”
