VIDEO: John Mellencamp and Keith Urban perform Pink Houses at CMA Awards

John Mellencamp teamed up with Keith Urban for a performance of his 1983 hit, “Pink Houses”, at the Country Music Association Awards in Nashville on Wednesday.

The tune from the Indiana rocker’s “Uh-Huh” album was one of three US Top 10 hits from the project, reaching No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart while “Crumblin’ Down” hit No. 9 and “Authority Song” peaked at No. 15.

Following the Mellencamp collaboration, Urban performed "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16", the lead single from his forthcoming album “Ripcord.”

Mellencamp has been playing shows across North America in support of his 2014 album, “Plain Spoken.”

The rocker will next perform a series of dates in Australia in February.
