AC/DC reschedule Kansas City Rock Or Bust concert

AC/DC have rescheduled an upcoming show in Kansas City on their Rock Or Bust North American tour as singer Brian Johnson heads home to the UK for a funeral.

Johnson recently lost a dear friend and the band have altered their live plans to allow him to attend the service.

AC/DC’s show at the Sprint Center has been moved from Monday, February 29 to one day earlier on Sunday, February 28.

Ticket holders will be able to use their already existing tickets for the rescheduled show on February 28.

Refunds will be available at point of purchase.

AC/DC launched the latest North American leg of their world tour on February 2 in Tacoma, WA.

The US dates wrap up on April 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York City and will be followed by European shows starting May 7 in Lisbon, Portugal.

AC/DC’s first album in 6 years, “Rock Or Bust” was recorded in 2014 at Vancouver’s Warehouse Studio with producer Brendan O’Brien (Aerosmith, Pearl Jam) and engineer Mike Fraser.

The project debuted at No. 3 on the US Billboard 200 album chart with opening week sales of 174,000 copies.
