Ozzy Osbourne announces rescheduled UK and European tour

Ozzy Osbourne has announced rescheduled shows in the UK and Europe as part of his farewell tour.

Originally set for early 2019, the “No More Tours 2” trek was initially delayed when Osbourne was hospitalized with a severe upper-respiratory infection; while recovering at home, the rocker sustained an injury that required surgery and led to the cancellation of his entire 2019 live schedule.

Now, Osbourne has revealed new dates for the early 2020 series – with guests Judas Priest – will begin on January 31 at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena and run to mid-March.

"I'm really looking forward to getting back to Europe for these shows,” says Ozzy. “Thank you to all the fans for sticking with me and waiting for the new dates to be announced. I can't wait to see you all next year."

“These had to be postponed from the beginning of this year due to Ozzy's unfortunate bad health,” adds Judas Priest. “We are all very pleased that he is back to good health again and are really looking forward to going out on the road with him. Thank you to our loyal fans for your understanding - see you in 2020!”

All previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, with the exception of the now-canceled Barcelona and Frankfurt shows; more tickets will go on sale this coming Friday, May 3 at 9 a.m. local time.

News of the UK and European tour follows a recent announcement of rescheduled North American dates, which will kick off in May of 2020.
