Sammy Hagar and The Circle have announced dates for a summer US tour with Whitesnake.
Hagar and the band will be performing in support of their 2019 album, “Space Between”, while Whitesnake continue to tour behind last year’s “Flesh & Blood” record, with the pairing supported by openers Night Ranger.
"I love some friendly competition onstage, and that's exactly what this is going to be," says Hagar. "David [Coverdale] and I have nothing but the highest respect for one another, but we would also like to blow the other guy off the stage! Add in Night Ranger and the fans will have one hell of a night of music."
"The Red Rocker and the Snake??? OMG ... I wanna see that show myself!!!", adds Coverdale. "I'm a big fan of Sammy Hagar, Michael [Anthony], Vic [Johnson] and Jason [Bonham]. ...We're gonna have a blast together!! See y'all there, people!!!"
The summer series of amphitheater shows will open in West Palm Beach, FL on July 9, with dates wrapping up September 20 in Chula Vista, CA.

Hagar was named the No. 4 Rock News Artist Of The Year as part of the 2019 hennemusic Rock News Awards.
