Santana expands Las Vegas residency

Santana has expanded their Las Vegas residency with the addition of new dates this fall.

The band will play a series of previously-announced dates in May before returning in September and November for more “An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live” shows at the House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino

A CITI cardmembers presale begins Tuesday, February 4 at 10 a.m., while advance tickets via The House of Blues, Live Nation and Foundation Room presales begin Wednesday, February 5 at 10 a.m., with general public seats available Friday, February 7 at 10 a.m. local time.

Santana continue to tour in support of their 2019 album, “Africa Speaks.”

Produced by Rick Rubin, the guitarist recorded the project at the producer’s Shangri La Studios in Malibu, CA, where they recorded 49 songs in 10 days, including many in one take.

The record earned a US Top 5 debut last June when it entered the Billboard 200 at No. 3 to earn Santana the feat - along with Barbra Streisand – of being the only two music acts in Billboard history to score at least one Top Ten album for six consecutive decades from the 1960s forward.

Santana will begin a European tour in Bologna, Italy on March 14.
