Eagles concert film encore broadcast set for ESPN

ESPN will host an encore broadcast of the forthcoming concert film by The Eagles, “Live From The Forum MMXVIII”, on Monday, July 13 at 9 PM EDT / 6 PM PDT.

The re-airing follows the film’s July 5 premiere on the sports outlet, where it was introduced by longtime Eagles fan, ESPN host Chris Berman.

Directed by Nick Wickham, the project captures the veteran band in concert over three sold-out shows last September and presents their first recordings with Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, who joined the touring lineup in 2017.

The Eagles will release “Live From The Forum MMXVIII” on October 16; the set will be available in a variety of audio and video formats, including Blu-ray, CD, vinyl and streaming.

The group recently moved a pair of UK concerts from their planned “Hotel California” tour from this year to next.

The band’s scheduled late summer concerts at London’s Wembley Stadium will now take place on August 28 and 29 of 2021; tickets remain valid for the new events.
