Motley Crue share Vince Neil update following stage accident

Motley Crue are sharing an update on the status of singer Vince Neil following an on stage accident while performing at the Monsters On The Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge,TN on October 15.

Fan-filmed video of the incident captured Neil walking towards the front of the stage while playing his solo band at the event before falling through a small gap and hitting the cement floor below; he was rushed to a nearby hospital for evaluation before being released.

“Vince is back home and resting after breaking a few ribs on Friday night,” posted Motley Crue on social media. “Our love and best wishes for a speedy recovery and ready to rock in ‘22!!”

Motley Crue are scheduled to launch a twice-postponed US stadium tour with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts next year.

The band will release a remastered 40th anniversary digital version of their 1981 debut album, “Too Fast For Love”, on November 10.
