Following a hugely successful run across North America this year, the bands will return to the US – with guest Alice Cooper – for six concerts in August.

A Citi cardmembers presale runs from Tuesday, December 13 at 10 AM local time until Thursday, December 15 at 10 PM local time, with general public tickets going on sale on Friday, December 16 at 10 AM local time for all shows.
Motley Crue will debut their new touring guitarist, John 5, at a pair of US shows with Def Leppard next February following news that Mick Mars has confirmed his retirement from touring as he continues to deal with Ankylosing spondylitis – a type of arthritis that affects the spine and worsens over time – which the rocker has lived with since his late teens.
“I’m honored to carry on Mick’s legacy,” shared John 5 last month, “and am looking forward to playing these songs.”
John 5’s career includes extended stints with Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, among others.
