Metallica stream video for 72 Seasons track If Darkness Had A Son

Metallica are streaming “If Darkness Had A Son”, as the latest track issued from their forthcoming album, “72 Seasons.”

“There’s a brand-new video directed by our friend Tim Saccenti, who we first worked with on ‘Lux Æterna’,” says the band. “Tim graciously came back to create videos for ‘Screaming Suicide’ and now ‘If Darkness Had A Son.’

“We’re getting closer every day now to the release of ‘72 Seasons’ on April 14 and the M72 tour kick-off on April 27 in Amsterdam. We have a few more surprises in store for you, so stick with us on socials and e-mail. Lots more to come!”

Produced by Greg Fidelman, James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich, Metallica will launch a two-year world tour in support of the album in Amsterdam, NL two weeks after its release.

The group will premiere “72 Seasons” with a global listening party in cinemas worldwide on Thursday, April 13.
