The power ballad was originally issued as the second single from the UK band’s second album, “High ‘n’ Dry”, a project that would eventually go on to sell more than 2 million copies in the US alone.
The rare club performance at the iconic Sunset Strip venue was part of the launch of the band’s twelfth studio album, “Diamond Star Halos.”
Following the event, Def Leppard teamed up with Motley Crue for a rescheduled North American stadium tour that also featured Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
