Rush will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame this week, and syndicated radio series In The Studio marks the occasion with an hour-long special on the band.
Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart join host Redbeard to discuss the band’s formative years, starting with their 1974 self-titled debut.
Rush have been eligible for the Rock Hall since 1998; artists are considered for inclusion 25 years after the release of their first recording.
Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins of Foo Fighters will induct Rush at the 28th annual Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony, which will held on April 18 at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live. It will be broadcast on HBO on May 18.
The group will be honored along with Heart, Public Enemy, Donna Summer, Randy Newman and Albert King.
