VIDEO: Jack White rocks SXSW

The Rolling Record Store pulled into a parking lot at SXSW in Austin on Wednesday to spread the gospel according to Third Man Records.

Jack White made a surprise appearance, jumping out of the “Store” to play a couple of songs on acoustic, including Buddy Holly’s “Not Fade Away” (“let’s play a Texas song,” said Jack) and The White Stripes' “Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground.”

White’s performance was part of introduction to a new Third Man signing, Seasick Steve, who played the blues on a three-string electric guitar.
