Van Halen, Bruce Springsteen named Top American Rock Bands of All Time by Gibson

Gibson has unveiled their lists of the Top American Rock Bands of All Time, as the guitar manufacturer synced up their announcement with the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Gibson.com has published two lists: the first – a Top 50 – was created by the website’s staff; the second – a Top 25 - was selected by readers.

Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band were named the #1 US band by staff, while Van Halen were voted #1 by readers.
