Michael Monroe announces tour of Finland

Michael Monroe has announced a fall tour of Finland in support of his new album, “Horns & Halos”, which is due for release next week.

The Finnish rocker will play a series of dates in October as well as December, which will culminate in Helsinki at Kaapelitehdas and in Turku at Caribia Arena in front of almost 3,000 people per night. These concerts are by far the bands biggest headlining gigs in Finland.

Along with Helsinki and Turku, the tour will stop in major Finnish cities and in the southern neighbour, Tallinn, Estonia.

"I look forward to a tour of the new Horns And Halos album,” says Monroe. “At last, we get to play the new songs live, and reform the setlist. Welcome to rock and dig to the gigs!"

Tickets for the live dates are on sale now.

“Horns & Halos” is the follow-up to 2011's "Sensory Overdrive", a No. 1 record in Monroe's Finnish homeland.

Monroe recently released a new single, “Eighteen Angels”, from the project.

The tune follows the project’s lead track, “Ballad Of The Lower East Side”, which was released in April – check it out here.
