Megadeth: Dave Mustaine to perform with San Diego Symphony

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine will be a featured soloist with the San Diego Symphony next April.

Mustaine will participate in a program that will include Wagner's "Ride Of The Valkyries" from "Die Walküre", Vivaldi's "Winter" from "The Four Seasons" and Dvorak's "Symphony No. 9" (the "New World" symphony).

The classical special concert, billed as "Symphony Interrupted", will take place at Copley Symphony Hall in San Diego, California on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now here.

Megadeth are currently on a month-long South American tour supporting Black Sabbath.

On the road since the late spring release of their new album, “Super Collider”, Megadeth will launch a US tour November 23 in St. Paul, MN.
