U2 to issue expanded Songs Of Innocence for Record Store Day

U2 will release the Deluxe Edition of their 2014 album, “Songs Of Innocence”, on double black vinyl for Record Store Day on April 18.

Disc One presents the standard album while Disc Two features the bonus tracks from the Deluxe CD release.

The bonus tunes include “Lucifer's Hands”, “The Crystal Ballroom”, “The Troubles (Alternative Version)”', “Sleep Like A Baby Tonight (Alternative Perspective Mix by Tchad Blake)” and “Invisible” - plus the Acoustic Sessions.

Head Foo Fighter Dave Grohl is the 2015 Record Story Day Ambassador.

The annual event is held the third Saturday of every April and is a celebration of the unique culture surrounding over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of similar stores internationally.

U2 will open the “Innocence + Experience” tour in support of “Songs Of Innocence” in Vancouver, BC on May 14.
