Metallica have added a stop in Berlin, Germany on November 14 to their album launch schedule for “Hardwired…To Self Destruct.”

"We’ve already told you that we’ll be celebrating the release with a short visit to our friends in Europe," says the band. “Our first stop is a special appearance that is still a bit top-secret as we’ve been asked to keep the details under wraps for just a few more days. But we want you to be there with us! So if you’re a Fifth Member and can be in Berlin on November 14th, click here to enter to win two passes to this unique intimate event. Winners will be chosen on Friday, November 11th and given all the details at that time.

“Kick off Hardwired week with us in Berlin as each day will bring a new crazy adventure with stops in three different countries. We can’t wait to celebrate release week with all of you!”

Metallica will follow the Berlin event with an appearance on Le Grand Journal on Canal Plus TV at Studios Rive Gauche in Paris, France on November 15 and have hinted about a possible live show there before heading to London, UK for their first in-store signing in the country and an intimate show at the city’s House Of Vans on November 18 – the day Metallica’s tenth album sees it release.

The group just completed a 2-week series of dates across Latin America that doubled as the opening leg of the band’s WorldWired tour.
