Ozzy Osbourne streams Nine Lives documentary preview

A video trailer is streaming for a new documentary on Ozzy Osbourne.

Set to premiere this spring at the South By Southwest festival ahead of its broadcast debut on A&E this summer, “Biography: The Nine Lives Of Ozzy Osbourne" celebrates the life of one of rock’s biggest icons – from his groundbreaking days with Black Sabbath to an extensive and successful solo career.

Produced by A&E as part of its Biography series and directed by R. Greg Johnston, the 2-hour documentary sees Ozzy sharing tales from his storied life alongside interviews with Rick Rubin, Ice-T, Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Jonathan Davis, Post Malone and more.

"I use the talent of making people feel somewhat entertained when I was goofing around,” says Ozzy in the preview. “To take it onstage with my music, I suppose, is the same kind of a thing."

"I don't know what music would be like if it weren't for the influence of Ozzy," explains Rubin, who oversaw Black Sabbath’s 2013 album "13". "Ozzy changed everything."

Osbourne will release his first album in a decade, “Ordinary Man”, on February 21.
