The Peppers shared Saturday’s bill with Stone Sour, Snow Patrol, Capital Inicial and NX Zero.
Last month, the Peppers released their new album, “I’m With You,” and a few of the new songs from the project are featured in the Rio set.
The Rio fest – which kicked off Friday - is being streamed online so fans around the world can tune in to check out the action.
