VIDEO: Soundgarden debuts Live To Rise in concert

Soundgarden were surprise guests at the 20th annual KROQ Weenie Roast Y Fiesta on Saturday in Irvine, California.

The Seattle rockers performed a 7-song set for the Los Angeles radio station-sponsored event.

Included in the show was Soundgarden’s live debut of their new song, “Live To Rise,” part of the soundtrack for the new film, “The Avengers,” which opened this weekend.

The KROQ event was headlined by Coldplay, and also featured sets by Garbage, Angels & Airwaves, the Offspring, Incubus and many others.
