Bob Seger releases video for new single Detroit Made

Bob Seger has released a video for “Detroit Made”, the lead single from his forthcoming album, "Ride Out", due October 14th.

Produced by Seger, it’s his first studio album in 8 years, since 2006’s “Face The Promise.”

Seger began teasing tracks from the album during his 2013 tour, including “All Of The Roads”, “California Stars” and a cover of John Hiatt’s “Detroit Made.”

Hiatt originally released the song on his 2011 album “Dirty Jeans And Mudslide Hymns.”

“I feel really good about this record,” says Seger. “This album touches on how I think a lot of us feel about finding our place in a more complicated world – from how we appreciate things as simple and pure as love, to navigating through the corruption and violence that permeates the news. It sums up a lot of feelings I have about a variety of subjects.”
