Stone Temple Pilots to perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Stone Temple Pilots will perform with Joss Stone on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, November 9.

The two acts will play live as “Joss Stone Temple Pilots” in the latest installment of the ABC-TV late night program’s “Mash-Up Mondays” feature, which sees two unlikely artists team up on the show.

Stone Temple Pilots have been in the studio recording the band’s first full album with Chester Bennington of Linkin Park.

The project is the follow-up to their 2013 EP “High Rise”, which debuted at No. 24 on the US Billboard 200 chart following first week sales of 12,000 copies.

Bennington was brought into the band after Scott Weiland was fired by the group in February of 2013, leading to a series of public statements and lawsuits by both parties.

The group have performed select live dates in 2015 as they juggle studio schedules with Bennington’s Linkin Park duties.
