Alice Cooper has announced a new spring 2022 North American tour in support of latest album, “Detroit Stories.”
The series will open with a standalone Cooper casino show in Connecticut on March 19 before the rocker is joined by Buckcherry for dates starting the next night in Hanover, MD; the band will wrap up their double-header opening gigs in late April before Ace Frehley steps in for a pair of California events at the end of the run.
Alice Cooper VIP presale access starts Tuesday, December 7 at 10am local time, with general public seats going on sale Friday, December 10 at 10am local time.
The spring run will follow a previously-announced winter series of US concerts in Januray and February.
Cooper’s 2021 album, “Detroit Stories”, was produced by Bob Ezrin; the project – which debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart – is billed as a modern-day homage to the rocker’s hometown and the city that launched the original Alice Cooper group.

Buckcherry are streaming a video for “Radio Song”, the new single from their latest album “Warpaint.”
Directed by Kurtis "KasterTroy" Imel, the clip for the ballad was filmed at the band's August 17 show at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas, NV, with additional filming at Jamies Pix.
The project marks the band’s first album to feature new guitarist Kevin Roentgen and only album to feature drummer Sean Winchester, who has since been replaced by Francis Ruiz.
The California band will resume their US dates with another three-week run that begins in Northfield, OH on September 6, after which they’ll head to Australia and Japan in October and the UK for shows in November.
Buckcherry have expanded their 2019 Warpaint North American tour with news of the run’s second leg.
Currently playing shows in support of their eighth album, the group will wrap up the spring leg early next month before enjoying a two-week break; they’ll launch a four-month second leg – including some opening slots with Nickelback and Aerosmith - with four Texas dates that will begin in Waco on May 18.
As they’re doing on the spring run, Joyous Wolf will continue to support Buckcherry throughout most of the summer shows.
Buckcherry recorded ”Warpaint” with producer Mike Plotnikoff; the set marks the follow-up to 2015’s “Rock ‘n’ Roll”, which reached No. 93 on the US Billboard 200.
“The ‘Warpaint’ record is very special,” says frontman Josh Todd. “It’s the first Buckcherry record in over three years and a lot of change has taken place in those three years. Historically whenever this happens with Buckcherry we always make our best records.”

"When I wrote the lyrics to ‘Bent’, I felt like my back was against the wall with so many forces in my life pushing me to dig deeper than I ever had and get out of my comfort zone. This is exactly what the Warpaint record is about and it’s a great from beginning to end.
“The ‘Warpaint’ record is very special,” he continues. “It’s the first Buckcherry record in over three years and a lot of change has taken place in those three years. Historically whenever this happens with Buckcherry we always make our best records.”

Buckcherry are premiering a video for their cover of the 1989 Nine Inch Nails classic, “Head Like A Hole”, as the first preview to their newly-announced forthcoming album, “Warpaint.”
Directed by Jeremy Saffer, the clip for the project’s lead single was filmed in Los Angeles while the recording of the tune "happened really organically,” according to singer Josh Todd.
“We were in the studio making the record, just kind of going through some old songs while they were setting up,” the rocker tells Billboard. “We jammed it out the first time and it was like, boom, automatically sounded right as if we'd written it, which is what we always want to achieve when we do a cover.
"Our producer Mike Plotnikoff was recording the whole time and said, 'Hey, why don't you guys come in and hear this?' He put up a little rough mix of it and we were like, 'Wow, this sounds really good. We should do it.'"
Due March 8, the group’s eight studio set delivers 11 new Buckcherry songs alongside the Nine Inch Nails cover.
“Good things come to those who wait,” adds Todd, “and we have been very patient and thorough with the songwriting for Warpaint. We took into consideration all the factors and what this record means – to not only us but the great Buckcherry fans around the world. This record takes the listener on an unforgettable journey and I’m very proud of it.”
Buckcherry plans extensive worldwide performances throughout 2019, beginning with four Southern California shows in January followed by a month-long series of UK and European dates in February and the first leg of a North American run set to open in March.

“Head Like A Hole” was the second single from Nine Inch Nails debut record, “Pretty Hate Machine.”
The tune is "really in my wheelhouse" as a singer,” adds Todd. “It's hard for me to sing cover songs if I don't really believe in the lyrics or it feels weird as far as where it sits in my range. But this is such a great song, and I love the lyrics. It means a lot to me...To me it's about being a slave to money and doing anything for it and greed and all that stuff. That's how I look at it at least."
Buckcherry will soon release more details about the follow-up to 2015's “Rock 'n' Roll”, which is expected sometime next year.
Buckcherry have announced a series of changes to band’s lineup.
The California rockers have parted ways with co-founder/guitarist Keith Nelson and longtime drummer Xavier Muriel, and shared the announcement alongside an update on a side project by lead singer Josh Todd and guitarist Stevie D.
“To our amazing and loyal Buckcherry fans!,” writes Stevie. “As most of you may already know, Josh and I have just completed the debut album from our other band, Josh Todd & The Conflict, which is set to drop in September. We look forward to seeing all of you on the road very soon - keep your eyes peeled for upcoming dates, we'll be adding them shortly.
“And, as most of you may already also know, Buckcherry has recently gone through some big changes. As we wish the very best for Keith and Xavier in all of their future endeavors, we want you to be the first to know that we'll be showing up in a huge way for all the BC dates this summer with the help of a couple of our dearest friends, Kevin Roentgen and Sean Winchester.
”Josh, Kelly and I can't even begin to thank you ALL enough for your continued love and support. Our fans are the very best, and we are humbled and forever grateful.”
The new lineup debuted at Las Vegas’ Rock Into Spring on April 28; the band have a few concert dates scheduled so far this spring, including an appearance at the Bud Light River City Rockfest in San Antonio, TX on May 27.
Buckcherry are premiering a video for “The Feeling Never Dies”, a duet with country rocker Gretchen Wilson featured on the newly-released and expanded Deluxe Edition of their 2015 album “Rock N’ Roll.”
“There aren’t too many duets anymore and we love country music,” says vocalist Josh Todd. “Gretchen was the perfect fit and we are fired up to get this track out there!”
The revamped record includes the original album alongside the Wilson duet, the unreleased tune “Getting Started” and the b-side “Cannonball.”
The California band begin a series of US dates on February 19 before performing tours of Australia, New Zealand and Japan next month ahead of a return Stateside.
The band’s 7th album, “Rock N’ Roll” peaked at No. 93 on the US Billboard 200 last fall.
Buckcherry are premiering a pair of songs from a newly-released and expanded Deluxe Edition of their 2015 album “Rock N’ Roll.”
The newly packaged record includes the original album, the b-side “Cannonball”, and two previously unreleased tracks: “Getting Started”, and a new version of “The Feeling Never Dies” featuring a duet with country rocker Gretchen Wilson.

Buckcherry hit the road for US dates starting February 19 and will tour Australia, New Zealand and Japan in March before returning Stateside for more shows.
Buckcherry are premiering the video for “The Madness” as a preview to the August 21 release of their 7th album, “Rock N Roll.”
"I struggle with two sides of my mind," says vocalist Josh Todd. “There's the side that wants to be really bad and the side that really wants to be good, and this is a constant battle with me. So that's what 'The Madness' is about, and I just felt like the chorus came together really well."
Buckcherry vocalist Josh Todd and guitarist Keith Nelson host a video tour of their studio as they promote the August 21 release of their 7th album, “Rock N Roll.”
The pair show off Nelson’s home studio, where the band have recorded several projects over the years, and display a variety of gear in the facility as part of their Guitar World magazine tour.
Buckcherry recently premiered the video for “Bring It On Back”, the lead single from the forthcoming project, which will be released on the group’s own label, F Bomb Records.
Todd found inspiration for the tune in something he does outside of the band.
“When I’m not on the road, I race Go Karts for my hobby,” he explains. “The song is really about racing. I had a driver named Kurt Busch in mind when I wrote the lyrics. They call him ‘The Outlaw,’ and he’s a badass. It captures that intensity of racing and the mentality. I love it.”
Buckcherry are currently playing dates across North America as they prepare for the release of “Rock N Roll.”

The follow-up to 2013’s “Confessions” and 2014’s “F**k” EP will be released on the group’s own label, F Bomb Records.
“There’s been so much talk about how rock ‘n’ roll is dead and all of this BS,” adds the singer. “The funny thing is, that’s been going on since we put out our first record in 1999. We wanted to call the new album Rock ‘n’ Roll, because this is what we’ve been doing our whole lives. We focused on making a record that encompasses all of what we are. You get every flavour of Buckcherry.”

Buckcherry frontman Josh Todd says the band have completed about half of their upcoming seventh album.
The follow-up to 2013’s “Confessions” will be released on the group’s own label, F Bomb Records.
"We're finishing up our LP right now, our seventh LP, which will come out this year, first quarter,” Todd tells All Access Live. “We've got about half of it done, and we're gonna just tighten it up, and then we're gonna start touring full-time again, like, end of March."
Buckcherry played a series of live dates in Western Canada last month and just performed on the Shiprocked cruise.
The band play the Vampark Festival in Tokyo on February 19 and then begin US dates March 27 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Buckcherry frontman Josh Todd says the band are currently writing material for their seventh album.
The follow-up to 2013’s “Confessions” will be issued in 2015 on the group’s own label, F Bomb Records.
"We're always working,” Todd tells WDHA-FM Dover, New Jersey. “When we're not on the road, we're at home and we're writing new songs. We like to work."
"We started a new record label called F Bomb Records,” continues Todd. “The 'F**k' EP came out on that. And now we're working on our first LP on the record label, which will be our seventh full-length album, and that's gonna be coming out in the first quarter of the New Year. So we're looking forward to that.”
“There's some really good stuff in the works, good songs, and we're having a lot of fun writing 'em."
The California rockers recently wrapped up a fall US tour and will return to the road in late January for a series of shows in western Canada.
Buckcherry have issued a video for “Somebody F***ed With Me”, a track from their EP entitled “F**k.”
The six-song set is the first release on the band's newly-created record label, F Bomb Records.
Buckcherry’s latest album is 2013’s "Confessions."
The project sold 18,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at No. 20 on The Billboard 200 chart.
The California rockers are on the road across the States until the middle of the month before heading to Japan for three shows in December; a few scattered US dates will then wrap up the year.
Buckcherry played an acoustic set live on 105.5 WDHA-FM in Dover, New Jersey recently, and the station is sharing video of the performance.
The California rockers delivered acoustic versions of “Crazy B*tch” and “Everything”, as well as “Say F*** It”, the lead single from their newly-released EP, “F**k.”
The track is a cover of Icona Pop's hit song, "I Love It", which the band renamed "Say F*** It" for the project.
The EP is the first release on the band's newly-created record label, F Bomb Records.
Buckcherry are currently playing a mix of solo headline shows and dates on the Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival tour.
