Megadeth bassist adds book tour date in Michigan

Megadeth bassist David Ellefson has added a book signing date in Grand Rapids, Michigan in support of his newly-published autobiography, “My Life With Deth.”

Ellefson will appear at Schuler Books & Music on November 25th at 7:00 PM. The store is located at 2660 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids.

Ellefson recently announced a series of new book tour stops – for details, click here.

“My Life With Deth” chronicles the story of Ellefson's fall into addiction during the band's early years, followed by his subsequent recovery and the return to faith which championed the band's rise to fame over the past several decades.

The memoir was written with Joel McIver, and features a foreword by Alice Cooper; it also includes contributions from Kerry King (Slayer), Scott Ian (Anthax), Ellefson's current bandmate in Megadeth, Shawn Drover, as well as former colleagues Chris Poland and Marty Friedman.

Megadeth have been on the road since the late spring release of their new album, “Super Collider.” The project debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 album chart in June with opening week sales of 29,000 copies.

Megadeth will launch a full Super Collider US tour on November 23 in St. Paul, MN.; joining them will be openers Fear Factory and Nonpoint.
