Heart singer Ann Wilson will share her life story in a newly-announced documentary, “In My Voice.”
Told in Ann's own words, the film traces her extraordinary 75-year journey, from a nomadic childhood to the stages of the world's biggest arenas, and into a bold new creative chapter.
Directed by Barbara Hall, the project features additional commentary from family, friends, artists, bandmates, and industry executives, while presenting a deep personal archive of home movies, photographs, journals, and never-before-seen footage, giving fans an unprecedented window into Wilson's life and artistry.
"This film is my story in my own words, told the way I've always wanted to tell it," says Ann. "It's about finding my voice, keeping it alive, and sharing the journey with the people who've been part of it all along."
More details about “In My Voice” – including release information and exclusive content – will be announced soon.

Heart is offering a reward for the return of a pair of instruments that were stolen prior to a May 31 show in Atlantic City, NJ.
“On the eve of their highly anticipated tour launch at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, members of the legendary rock band Heart were devastated to discover that two irreplaceable instruments were stolen from the venue, where gear had been set up the day prior to the show,” shared the group on social media.
“Among the missing items is a custom-built, one-of-a-kind purple sparkly baritone Telecaster with a hand-painted headstock, crafted specifically for Nancy Wilson. Also taken was a vintage 1966 Gibson EM-50 mandolin that band member Paul Moak has played for over 25 years.”
"These instruments are more than just tools of our trade – they're extensions of our musical souls," says Wilson. "The baritone Tele was made uniquely for me, and Paul's mandolin has been with him for decades. We're heartbroken, and we're asking for their safe return — no questions asked. Their value to us is immeasurable."
"A reward is being offered for any information leading to their return. Anyone with knowledge of the theft or whereabouts of the instruments is urged to come forward," and share details with Heart tour manager Tony Moon.
The group is on the road performing the “An Evening With Heart" spring/summer US tour, which will wrap up on June 28 in Hollywood, FL on June 28.

Nancy Wilson of Heart delivers lead vocals on “Fight The Good Fight”, in the latest preview of the forthcoming collection, “Magic Power: All Star Tribute To Triumph.”
Originally featured on Triumph’s fifth album, 1981’s “Allied Forces”, the song is one of 15 tracks in the collection, which will be released June 6 via Round Hill Records.
The project will feature a variety of rockers – including Sebastian Bach, Dee Snider, Joey Belladonna, Slash, and Jeff Keith – covering classic Triumph tunes.
The tribute also features a collection of musical firepower, including drummers Kenny Aronoff and Tommy Aldridge, and guitarists Bumblefoot, Paul Gilbert, Nita Strauss.
Originally formed in 1975 and hailing from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, the trio of Rik Emmett, Mike Levine and Gil Moore was always proud of their Great White North roots. And seemingly ever since their inception, Triumph was on the cutting edge of technology when it came to their live show – particularly lighting, sound, and effects.
Sophisticated lasers, pyrotechnics and moving lighting rigs, all computer-controlled – Triumph was one of the first arena rock bands to incorporate all of these elements into their shows. Triumph’s headlining tours were legendary, and the band was featured on many memorable stadium/outdoor shows – including the US Festival, the World Series of Rock, the American Rock Festival and Texxas Jam, Day on the Green, to name but a few.
“Magic Power: All Star Tribute To Triumph” will be available in multiple formats, including on CD with a 12 page booklet and as a double LP gatefold edition.

"Hello, everybody. Ann Wilson here,” begins the rocker. "Now I know lots of you have been wondering how I've been doing, so I thought it'd be best if you heard this straight from me. I'm doing absolutely fine now, but it's been, to put it mildly, a lot. Chemo is no joke. It takes a lot out of a person. And then there's that two weeks of waiting around for test results, a form of mental torture.
"For anyone who's been through that, I empathize big time. Luckily for me, when the results finally came, they were the good kind!
"And so I'm excited to share with you that I'm now finished with chemo and I'm officially ready to get ready for the tour in 2025,” the singer continues. “There's maintenance going forward, but I'm told the side effects are much less severe. The worst is over and I'm thankful for the efficacy of this poison, but it's more than welcome to get the f*ck out of my body now.
"I'm immensely grateful to everyone who prayed and sent me those good vibes. I've so felt your love. My story has a happy ending, due in part to early detection. My advice? Get checked regularly.
"I love you all, and I'll see you very, very soon. There's much to celebrate."
After postponing shows on the Royal Flush Tour earlier this year so Ann could be treated for the health issue, Heart will relaunch the North American trek in Las Vegas, NV on February 28, 2025.

Heart has postponed its Royal Flush Tour following news that singer Ann Wilson has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing treatment for the issue.
"Dear friends, I recently underwent an operation to remove something that, as it turns out, was cancerous,”shared Ann on social media on July 2. "The operation was successful & I'm feeling great but my doctors are now advising me to undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy & l've decided to do it. And so my doctors are instructing me to take the rest of the year away from the stage in order to fully recover.
“To the ticket buyers, I really do wish we could do these gigs. Please know that I absolutely plan to be back on stage in 2025. My team is getting those details sorted & we'll let you know the plan as soon as we can.
"Thank you all for the support. This is merely a pause. I've much more to sing. Love, Ann Wilson”, and added "Respectfully, this is the last public statement l'd like to make on the matter."
Heart also updated fans on the news, saying "As of today, Heart's Royal Flush Tour is postponed due to medical reasons. Fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will be honored for the rescheduled dates. More information to be announced in the coming weeks."
Prior to the latest news, Heart had already cancelled a series of European dates as part of the 2024 series; the band was gearing up to kick off a fall North American leg in September, as well as appearances on select dates with Journey and Def Leppard.

Heart has cancelled its upcoming European tour due to an upcoming scheduled medical procedure for singer Ann Wilson.
The three-week leg of the band’s Royal Flush Tour was scheduled to begin June 20 and run through July 12.
"We regret to inform you that all upcoming Heart performances in Europe are canceled,” shared the band in a statement this week. “In late May, Ann Wilson will undergo a time-sensitive but routine medical procedure for which the minimum recovery time is six weeks. Heart deeply regrets this unfortunate circumstance and hopes to return to Europe soon. Refunds will be available at point of purchase as applicable."
“I’m okay! Please don’t worry,” posted Ann on social media. “I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It’s certainly an inconvenience for me. Love & respect always, Ann.”
The Royal Flush series marks Heart’s first tour in five years; they are scheduled to resume the trek in late July.

Heart rocked a cover of a Bonnie Tyler classic with Jimmy Fallon during a special eclipse performance on the April 8 broadcast of NBC-TV’s The Tonight Show.
“We have a special show tonight,” began Fallon at the start of the program. “Heart is our musical guest and today is obviously the solar eclipse. So we thought we have to do what we have to do: we have to sing ‘Total Eclipse Of The Heart’ with Heart while watching the solar eclipse.”
Fallon joined Heart on the rooftop of Rockefeller Plaza to deliver the international smash hit by Tyler during the solar eclipse as part of the late night program’s broadcast.
Written by Jim Steinman – famous for his work with Meat Loaf and others – “Total Eclipse Of The Heart” was a No. 1 hit around the world, including the US, where it sold more than a million copies in the region.
Heart – who returned at the end of the program to rock their 1977 classic, “Barracuda” – were on hand to promote the Royal Flush Tour, which will see them joined by Cheap Trick when it opens in Greenville, SC on April 20.

As part of the 2023 hennemusic Rock News Awards, the daily news site is counting down the Top 10 Rock News Artists of the past year.
Finalists for the 14th annual hennemusic Rock News Awards are chosen by readers: the Rock News Story Of The Year is determined by page views, while the Rock News Artist Of The Year is based on the combined total page views of the top 50 hennemusic rock news stories of the past twelve months.
The 2023 hennemusic Rock News Awards winners will be announced on Thursday, December 21.
Meanwhile, the New Year broke with news that the pair would receive a Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the 2023 Grammy Awards during a February 4 event in Los Angeles, CA; artists are selected by vote of the Recording Academy's National Trustees to performers who, during their lifetimes, have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to the field.
As the Wilson sisters failed to garner enough support for entry into the 2023 Songwriters Hall of Fame in June, Ann launched a summer tour of North America in support of her latest album, “Fierce Bliss”, in July: the project includes a mix of original tracks and songs recorded by the Eurythmics, Robin Trower, and Queen, and featured guest appearances by Vince Gill, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and all four members of Gov’t Mule: Warren Haynes, Danny Louis, Jorgen Carlsson and Matt Abts.
During the summer series, Ann announced plans for the September release of a new album, “Another Door”, which she recorded with her backing band Tripsitter.
Nancy reunited on stage with Ann for the Heart classic, “Barracuda”, during the singer’s October 10 concert in Santa Rosa, CA.
While the Wilson sisters have been working on solo projects in recent years, they will play their first concert together in four years as Heart for a New Year’s Eve show in their original hometown of Seattle, WA, where they will be joined by guests Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening.
Heart will reunite for a New Year’s Eve concert in their original hometown of Seattle, WA.
The band’s first show in four years will see Ann and Nancy Wilson take the stage at the city’s Climate Pledge Arena alongside special guests Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening; the show will be followed by the Space Needle's firework spectacular.
Tickets for the December 31 event are now on sale.
The Wilson sisters have been working on solo projects in recent years, with Nancy making a surprise appearance during Ann's concert on in Santa Rosa, CA on October 10 as the singer toured with Tripsitter in support of the new album, “Another Door.”
Nancy Wilson joined her sister Ann Wilson for the Heart classic, “Barracuda”, during the singer’s October 10 concert in Santa Rosa, CA, and fan-filmed video from the event is streaming online.
Currently on tour with Tripsitter in support of their new album, “Another Door”, Ann welcomed her guest to the stage at the Luther Burbank Center For The Arts in Nancy's hometown for the final song of the evening.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we have the answer to a question with us tonight,” Ann told the crowd. “A very, very good friend – more than a friend… Let's bring her out. Come on."
While the Wilson sisters have been working on solo projects in recent years, they were honored earlier this year with a Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the 2023 Grammy Awards.

And your responses to the new songs have been beyond gratifying for me. Tony, Sean, Ryan & Paul (my TRIPSITTER brothers) and I thank you so much for coming out & for supporting these shows. We get to make magic for a living thanks to you. And we really can't wait for you to hear this new record!
"We're setting loose the first single from 'Another Door', 'This Is Now', on September 15, so to give you a taste of what to expect, here's a freshly mixed rendition we performed last month in Eau Claire, WI. Put on some headphones & breathe deep while listening!"
