Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr reunite for “The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles", a TV special airing Sunday to mark the 50th anniversary of The Beatles debut on the Ed Sullivan Show.

Previews of the special are available, including excerpts from an interview the pair did with David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater – current home of The Late Show with David Letterman and the site of The Beatles landmark US debut on February 9, 1964.

Also available are clips of Paul and Ringo performing Beatles classics “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “Hey Jude”, which were recorded recently for the program.

“The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles" will see a variety of artists playing Beatles tracks, including The Eurythmics, John Mayer, Keith Urban, Maroon 5, John Legend, Alicia Keys and more.

The Beatles' first appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show is one of the most watched television events ever — with 74 million people tuning in to watch the group perform five songs during the variety hour. It is considered by many historians and critics as one of the most important moments in music and television.

On their Sullivan debut, The Beatles performed “All My Loving”, “Till There Was You”, “She Loves You”, “I Saw Her Standing There” and “I Want To Hold Your Hand.”

“The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles" will air on CBS on Sunday, February 9 at 8 PM ET – 50 years to the date and time of the band’s Ed Sullivan debut.
